My name is Brittany Bailey-Cline. Since 2014, I have been a well-known and published Wedding & Portrait Photographer in Southern West Virginia. Proudly awarded with the best artistic services in the area. I'm twenty-nine years old born and raised in Southern West Virginia. Currently located in Mt. Hope, West Virginia. I've spent many years working very interesting jobs... Usually juggling two jobs at one time. I've worked in cosmetics at Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio. I worked in Tamarack: The Best of West Virginia, and I even worked in clothing stores as well. I once had a summer job being a nanny. I've worked in makeup, I've worked with the best artisans of West Virginia, I've worked in clothing, and with children… All of my past jobs have helped me blossom in my photography career! Makeup, fashion, art, and being patient with kids. I even took a different route a few years ago and opened a gourmet-style bakery in Beckley, West Virginia with my family called “Busy Bee Bakery.” (2020) Our bakery storefront did really-really well and was successful but I knew in my heart that photography is what I am meant to offer this world. I will always be thankful for the bakery but I am more thankful I get to make memories with all of you. We closed our bakery and I continued my photography career instead. I am very hard-working and I believe hard work in your young life is very important to learn responsibility. I can say with confidence that I am a good example of “hard work pays off” because it truly has in my life. I am very proud to say that about myself.

Hard work, optimism, patience, and kindness will take you far in life. I know this from personal experience! It has helped me grow into the person and business owner I am today! I believe that every day of my life. I’ve always been one of the hardest working kids in the group with the happiest attitude and kindest heart. All of those aspects of my personality and heart have helped me become a successful multi-business owner, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I think it is so important to smile at every person you see and friend every person you meet. I want to go through life being everyone I meet’s newest friend or best friend. If you know me personally, you know I am like that with everyone I meet! I don’t know a stranger! I love that my job is making people smile and capturing genuine happiness, laughter, and joy in people. I can’t wait to see how far photography takes me in my life… because so far, it’s been really-really great. 🥹🫶🏻

Why did I become a photographer? I love people. And by that, I mean… I LOVE PEOPLE. I've always been interested in photography. There are so many pictures of me when I was a child holding a camera. Someone told me when I was 17 years old, after taking their picture: "You should be a photographer. It's so easy for people to smile around you. You're so funny that a smile comes naturally. Why not?" - a life changing sentence to hear from a friend of mine. Little did they know, they sparked my career by saying that and encouraging the idea. A picture can be a frozen moment you can keep forever. Even if the people change or if you change, the picture will show a moment in time that you can never see/do twice. With a photo you can capture a moment and have it forever. Photographers capture and create forever memories. I think we take that idea for granted, with photography being so ubiquitous these days. But seriously just take a second to appreciate that. Once you start noticing details, you start to see how much beauty all around you. Every day is filled with it. Every photo session we do tells a story… whether it be seniors, families, children… we capture people’s love in a different point of view than they see themselves every day. I like to believe that photographers have the talent to show you your best self, your happiest self, and your real-life love. Photographers really are visual storytellers and memory makers. Photography is the best career for me, best souvenir when I travel, a different way to see a person and the best way to express myself.
Photography is my whole life. I wouldn’t be who I am today without photography.

Fun facts about myself: I'm an entrepreneur. I’m happy-go-lucky and a very happy person. I'm an artist and visual storyteller… every photo session tells a story. I am a total busy bee! I even have a bee tattoo on my arm. Bees are diligent and hard-working… kind of like me. I’m married to my very best friend in the whole world, Jacob Cline. Jacob and I LOVE to travel! We like to call Orlando our second home! We LOVE Universal & Disney World! I'm a Christian. You're talking to and witnessing a social butterfly who loves to talk… I’ve joked for years that I am a professional yapper! I love to talk with my hands and I talk very animated with people to keep their attention! I’m pretty crafty (My whole family is crafty!) I'm a very messy person, unfortunately… I like to call it organized chaos (LOL) but my car is always clean! Watching TV is one of my favorite hobbies! Horror movies, comedy movies, Disney & Universal EVERYTHING, and Tim Burton films are my all-time favorites. I enjoy crime documentaries and I love anime as well! The Apothecary Diaries is my favorite anime and I even started doing an anime segment on my social media! I’m trying to start content creating as a hobby… which is opening up a whole new world for me with video instead of photo… It’s been pretty neat and it’s sparking my creative thought process again! I spend most my day listening to YouTube videos or TV streaming while I am editing, cooking, or even just getting ready in the morning. I love to cook! I do social media videos now and a large section of my videos are cooking related! I am new to content creating but I am enjoying it as a hobby! I feature cooking videos, travel videos, beauty videos, an anime segment, etc! But in case you didn’t know… I did retire from baking back in 2021 (LOL) I baked enough for the whole country when we owned a bakery! Bakery retirement has been nice! I love iced coffee and cold drinks! Have you ever tried cream in your Coca-Cola? If you haven't, you are missing out! I’ve been drinking cream in my soda and tea since I was a kid! I liked “dirty soda” (as the kids call it now) way before it was ever popular! I was called gross my whole childhood for doing it but now it’s trendy!? It’s crazy how things change! I'm the most optimistic person in the world. I can find the good in everything and everyone. You will always find me in a good mood, I promise! I love my cats! I have two Bengal cats here at home… they are my children and my mini house leopards! Lilo and Sulley are their names! I'm also a very clumsy person (I really am… unfortunately LOL) I drive a 2006 yellow Volkswagen Beetle + a 2025 lime green “mojito” 4-Door Jeep Wrangler… two quirky and fun cars to match my personality!

I promise I can make you smile... It’s kind of my job! 🫶🏻
You won't leave a photo session with me without smiling. 💕

Mr. + Mrs. Cline
Jacob and I got married on Thursday, June 13th 2019 and we are the happiest couple in the world. You will always see us with a smile on our faces! I have never met someone as goofy, loving, hard-working, and supportive as my husband. He is truly one-of-a-kind and I am the luckiest girl in the world to spend my days with him. Every day is the best day because I have him in my life. He is the best thing to wake up to every morning and he snuggles me to sleep every night he can (if he isn’t working late! He’s a lineman at AEP so he can get called out 24/7/365 LOL #LineLife). I love traveling with you, riding motorcycles with you, enjoying TV shows and movies together, and everything this life has to offer WITH YOU! ♥️
I could never thank God enough for all the blessings He has given me in my life but Jacob is the biggest blessing of all. Out of all the good things I have done in my life, Jacob was my reward from God himself. I know that for certain! 🥹🫶🏻

I will love you always, Jacob Cline. Forever and always.
